THE CAPTAINS CUP is a series of fishing events hosted at major marinas in the US, where participants will compete for cash, medals, cups, and the prestigious titles of Captain of Miami Beach, Captain of South Florida, Captain of Florida, and the ultimate US Captains Cup, where the winner is crowned Captain of the US through out the year. The Captains Cup was created to give participants the opportunity to compete in the water for the largest cup in fishing history. Celeb Event April 26

Local celebrities (news anchors, politicians, etc.) are invited to participate in the annual US Captains Cup for a great time and for charity. Each celebrity that agrees to participate in the US Captains Cup, will do so on behalf of a charity. Each celebrity will be assigned to fish on board one of the special celebrity boats, hosted by leading boat manufacturers. Celebrities will fish along side experienced Captains, and the celebrity with the largest fish will win a cash donation to their favorite charity. Captain Kid Event April 26 & April 27

Ready to be Captain Kid, this is your chance. Kids will hunt for fish in the kids pond area, for an opportunity to win fishing rods, medals, and the title of Captain Kid. This promises to be a fun filled day for kids as they also enjoy and learn more about the art of fishing from local marine experts.
